The fastest way to reach us is by email: hello@iresize.in. We read every message and aim to reply within a couple of business days. There's no contact form to fill in and no account required — a plain email is all it takes.
Feedback & bug reports
When reporting a bug, it helps to include the tool you were using, your browser and operating system, and the type of file you were working with. Since everything runs in your browser, we never see your files — so the more detail you can share, the better. A quick description of what you expected to happen versus what actually happened is often enough for us to track down the cause.
Feature requests are welcome too. If there's a format we don't yet support, a setting you wish a tool had, or an entirely new tool you'd find useful, let us know — popular requests get prioritized.

Many common questions are answered right on each tool's page, and our guides cover topics like choosing an image format, compressing to a specific file size, and preparing images for the web. They're a good first stop before reaching out.
A note on privacy
iResize processes your files entirely on your device; we don't receive or store them. Read more on our Privacy Policy page.
